At the Knight Group, our mission has always been to provide premium quality materials and exceptional service to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Through our dedicated divisions, Knight Strip Metals Ltd, Knight Precision Wire Ltd, and Precision Metals EU, we have continued to expand our already extensive stock and processing of precision strip and wire. By introducing additional alloy grades of stainless steel, nickel, titanium, and aluminium, and by increasing our processing capability and capacity, we aim to ensure our customers can choose the ideal solution to meet their manufacturing needs.
As we reflect on the past year, we are grateful for your trust and loyalty. Your support has enabled us to continuously push the boundaries of innovation and deliver exceptional quality products and services. In closing, as we embark on the upcoming year, we want you to know that we remain committed to providing you with the highest level of support, quality, and reliability.
As we approach the final months of 2023, please note that across the Knight Group, our offices will be closed from 5 p.m. on Friday, 22nd December and will reopen on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024. The last collection from our UK facilities will be on Thursday, 21st December, for any customers wishing to collect their material.
Our last dispatch date for our UK deliveries will be Tuesday, 19th December and Friday, 15th December for all international deliveries. Should you have a specific urgent request that does not meet this deadline, please advise us at your earliest convenience, and our dedicated team will try and accommodate your request. Orders scheduled for delivery in the New Year will commence on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024.
