As a direct response to customers’ requirements for special surface finishes, Knight Precision Wire has developed a range of speciality surface finish and wire cleaning equipment:
Mechanical polishing – a purpose built line of bristle and pad rotating brushes to remove residues and impart a high polish to the wire
Vibro polishing – automatic wire cleaning, polishing, deburring, drying and collection for short wire lengths or small wire parts
In line ultrasonic cleaning – a purpose built spool to spool continuous ultrasonic wire cleaner capable of high-performance wire cleaning by removing all traces of wire drawing lubricant and residues
