As a group, we remain committed to ensuring we offer you the best in both quality materials and customer experience, all for the most competitive price. Following the merger in 2021 of Knight Strip Metals Ltd, Knight Precision Wire Ltd and Precision Metals EU, the Knight Group continues to expand our products and services. As manufacturing continues to face disruption throughout the supply chain, we have increased our stock levels to their highest historical levels to mitigate the impact on our customers where possible. We look forward to continuing to work together and providing you with the best available stock and processing of premium quality precision metals.
As we approach the final months of 2022, please note that across the Knight Group, our offices will be closed from 5pm on Thursday, 22nd December 2022 and will reopen on Tuesday, 3rd January 2023. We will be running a skeleton staff in both the production and office facilities from the 19th to the 23rd of December. This is reviewed regularly and has the potential to change in the coming weeks. The last collection will be on Wednesday, 21st December, for customers wishing to collect their material.
Our last dispatch date for our standard two-day delivery will be Tuesday, 20th December 2022. Should you have a specific urgent request that does not meet this deadline, please advise us at your earliest convenience, and our dedicated team will try and accommodate your request. Orders scheduled for delivery in the New Year will commence on Tuesday, 3rd January 2023.
