GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAMME
As a result of joining our Graduate Training Programme you will have a great opportunity to be part of a company that really values its employees, and shows a commitment to your growth and development. Due to the nature of our business, successful candidates will need the prior knowledge and skills gained from a degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgy & Materials or similar) as a foundation. You will receive ongoing support and undertake hands on training, develop deeper specialist knowledge and its application within industry.
As part of the scheme you will gain an inside view into all aspects of the Knight Group operations, gaining diverse training with each team from production and planning through to sales and marketing. You can develop an exciting and dynamic career that builds on your strengths and ambitions. Following the successful completion of the programme, we offer rewarding opportunities to progress into a commercial or operational role.
